Terms of Service
Prism Hooldus OÜ · EestiJurist
In force from: 19 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
1.1. The service is provided by Prism Hooldus OÜ (registry code 16894703, VAT no. EE102771509, Läänemere tee 62, 13914 Tallinn), brand EestiJurist (eestijurist.ee).
1.2. Contact: info@prism.ee, phone +372 5368 4587. Complaints go to the same address.
2. What the service is
2.1. EestiJurist is an artificial intelligence system. It asks for the facts, calculates the legal deadline and prepares a ready document from your answers.
2.2. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice on your individual case, and we do not represent you before a court or an authority. The system prepares the document without prior human review.
2.3. We do not promise an outcome; decisions of authorities and courts do not depend on us. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, so check the details, deadlines and references before you file.
3. Interview and order
3.1. To start the interview you give explicit consent to the processing of the information in your description (clause 10). The interview is free at the moment; any future entry fee will be shown before you start.
3.2. Before you pay you see the document name and the final price. The contract for preparing the document is concluded when you confirm the order and pay.
4. Product and price
4.1. The product is a ready .docx document in Estonian, an explanation in your language (Estonian, Russian or English) and a step-by-step filing guide. The download link is sent by e-mail.
4.2. The price is fixed, from 5 to 25 euros, includes 24% VAT and is shown before payment.
4.3. Payment is made through Stripe. Card data does not reach our server. The document is prepared after payment is confirmed.
5. Immediate performance and the right of withdrawal
5.1. A consumer may normally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Law of Obligations Act § 56 (1)).
5.2. Before you pay, you tick a box asking us to start immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins. So you have no right of withdrawal after that: for a service, once we have fully performed the contract (§ 53 (4) p 1); for digital content supplied for a fee, once supply began with your consent (§ 53 (4) p 7¹).
5.3. We will send you a confirmation of the contract by e-mail that also records your consent and acknowledgement (§ 55 (1) and (2)).
5.4. Until you have ticked the box and paid, you can cancel the order without consequence.
6. If the document cannot be prepared
6.1. If we cannot prepare the document after you have paid, we refund the full amount through Stripe to the same payment method. Your statutory rights for a non-conforming product remain.
7. Your obligations
7.1. Give correct and complete information; the document is only as accurate as your answers.
7.2. Check the document, deadlines and filing guide before you file. You are responsible for meeting the deadline.
7.3. Enter other people's data only as far as the document needs it.
8. Liability
8.1. We are liable as the law provides. For ordinary negligence our liability is limited to the price paid for the specific document.
8.2. The limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence, or to causing death or harm to health (§ 42 (3) p 1), nor to the extent the law does not allow a limit.
8.3. We are not liable for decisions of authorities or courts, or for loss caused by incorrect or incomplete information you gave.
9. Complaints
9.1. Send a complaint to the address in clause 1.2. We will reply within a reasonable time.
9.2. If the complaint is rejected or you are not satisfied, you can apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (komisjon.ee). It accepts an application only if you first complained to us (Consumer Protection Act § 46 (1) and (3) p 5, § 47 (1) p 1).
9.3. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not refer to it.
10. Personal data
10.1. The privacy notice describes how personal data is processed. Your description may contain special categories of data (for example health data). We process them only with your explicit consent and only to prepare your document. You can withdraw consent at any time at the address in clause 1.2.
10.2. Descriptions and files are stored on a server in Estonia. To analyse text we use artificial intelligence services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude); details are in the privacy notice.
11. Changes
11.1. If the terms change, the new version applies to orders placed after it is published. An earlier order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
12. Governing law and court
12.1. Estonian law governs the contract. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain in force.
12.2. Disputes are decided by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) unless the law provides for another court. A consumer may also sue at their place of residence (Code of Civil Procedure § 90).
12.3. The terms exist in Estonian, Russian and English. If the meaning differs, the Estonian text prevails.
